Please note:

• Unpack the product immediately after receipt. Otherwise, it could result in hard-to-remove stains caused by prolonged exposure to moisture trapped between the packaging and the planter.
• Clean it once a year with tap water and a mild detergent. Do not use a pressure washer or scouring pad, as these will damage the coating.
• Place the water table on a level and firm surface. Ideally, use water with a neural pH value (7) so that it does not damage the material. Green debris that gets into the water table can clog the pump which can be easily opened and cleaned. If necessary, you can also place a filter between the pump and the fountain. Failure to drill or sand as per the instructions will invalidate the guarantee.5-year guarantee (pump 2-year guarantee, LED lighting 1-year guarantee)

Operation in winter:

• Lower the water level to at least 10 cm below the edge.
• We recommend using a de-icing product (available at any home improvement store or garden centre)
• Always pull the plug out of the socket during frost
• If the above conditions are met, the pump can remain in the water. However, you can also take the pump out of the water and store it in a frost-free place over winter.
