This beefsteak tomato stays green even when fully ripe and delights tomato lovers with its fine, tangy taste and intense aroma. Delicious even on its own!

• Sow indoors approx. 6 weeks before setting out
• Germination temperature: 26°C
• Do not let young plants dry out
• Pricking out is possible after 2 to 3 weeks
• Set a little deeper for better rooting when planting out
• Direct sowing outdoors is not recommended in cooler regions
• Young plants can be thinned out if they are very dense; Transplanting not recommended
• Requires loose, nutrient-rich and humus-rich soil that does not tend to become waterlogged
• If there are no diseases, the tomatoes can be grown in the same place for up to three years in a row
• Tomato plants are good neighbours for other tomato plants
• Can be grown under a roof, with climbing aids and on straw
• High water requirements up to the first growth spurt - then water sparingly when the leaves are already hanging limply in the morning
• Slight dryness towards fruit ripeness promotes the quality of the tomatoes

• Can be stored in a dark place and on a soft surface at a temperature of 12 to 16°C for up to two weeks
