Description

With their mildly spicy and aromatic taste, broccoli microgreens are ideal for refining soups, salads, spreads and vegetable dishes as well as in smoothies.
Our tips:
- Sprouts: ready to harvest after 5 to 6 days - rinse twice a day in a sprouting jar or bowl and allow to drain
- Microgreens: ready for harvest after 7 to 14 days - sow in a dish with soil and water well every day
