Fresh dill is versatile in the kitchen. Its delicate leaves refine numerous dishes with their subtle, sweet-lemony taste, from salmon rolls to soups and sauces. However, it is not very suitable for freezing and drying as it quickly loses its wonderful aroma.

• Low maintenance cultivation in the garden

• Requires nutrient-rich, loose and well-drained soil
• Pay attention to sufficient watering
• Weeds should be removed regularly
• The dill tips can be harvested from a height of 15 cm
• The whole plant can be harvested from a height of 30 cm
• Weak consumption of nutrients
• Suitable for balconies
• True to type seeds
• Good neighbours: celery, tomatoes, potatoes, lettuce, beans, spinach
• Bad neighbours: mustard, garlic, onion, strawberries
• Crop rotation: 4 years
