Botanopia Cyanotype Kit

With this cyanotype kit, you can create beautiful mini works of art to decorate your home or give to a loved one. All you need are small plants or individual leaves and some sunlight. The kit already contains various papers, but you can also use your own paper or natural textiles such as cotton and silk for your prints and let your creativity run free.

What is cyanotype?

It is a photographic printing technique discovered in 1842 that uses sunlight to create a cyan-blue print. Back then, the process was used to make affordable copies of engineering drawings; today you can use it to create unique little works of art.

• 200ml cyanotype emulsion in powder form
• a contact frame made of glass
• 24 printable papers with different textures

The powder components can be stored for several years, the mixed emulsion lasts for about a year.
