Description
Borage is an easy to grow herb used for adding flavour to food as well as for decorative purposes. Add some to cucumber salads or sandwiches, for example. Although white borage is less common than its blue cousin, it is no less attractive. The whole plant is edible. The slightly scratchy properties of the plant can be minimised by chopping it finely. Regular pruning encourages new green growth.
