Description

The annual "Classic Romantic" cornflower by Jora Dahl blooms from June to September in beautiful shades of pink and white. It prefers a sunny to half-sun location and grows to a height of up to 70 cm. As a cut flower, the cornflower will last for 7 to 10 days in a vase.

Tips:

The seeds can be sown directly outdoors in the garden in autumn or started indoors from February to April
You can speed up germination by storing the seeds in the fridge for a week before sowing. The seeds benefit from the cold temperatures.

For cut flowers in a vase, the best time to cut the flowers is in the morning and when the flowers are open. Next, remove some of the leaves to extend the flowering period.
