Use:
Finely cut borage leaves have a cucumber-like flavour and are great for seasoning vegetables and salads. It also tastes great with egg dishes and cheese spreads. The flowers are edible and can be used to decorate meat and vegetable dishes. The plant is also a favourite with bees.
