Description
Lovage has a distinctive savoury taste and is often added to soups for its intense aroma. It also goes well with cheese and can be enjoyed as tea. Lovage can be used fresh, dried, frozen or pickled in oil or vinegar.

- Both stems and leaves can be used in cooking
