Kiepenkerl Peppermint - Spearmint

Spearmint is perfect for tea infusions and fruit drinks, both fresh and dried. It is wonderfully refreshing and also an important plant for beneficial insects.

Tips:

• Light germinator - do not cover the seeds with soil, just press them down lightly
• Transplant 4 to 5 seedlings per pot and continue growing in a slightly cooler place
• Plant outdoors from mid-May
• Use a root barrier to prevent it from spreading uncontrolled in the garden
• To dry, cut the shoots close to the ground in summer and dry in a shady, airy place
