Kiepenkerl Sweet Pea "Ripple Mix"

The finely dotted flowers of this enchanting mixture in orange, blue, creamy white, red and wine red are a very special ornament in any garden. The 1.2 to 2 metre high plants are a colourful decoration for fences, climbing walls, climbing aids in beds and containers and obelisks. With their sweet fragrance, they are particularly suitable for use near seating areas. They also cut an excellent figure as cut flowers in a vase.

Our tips:

• Pre-soak the seeds in lukewarm water for a few hours before sowing
• Broadcast sowing outdoors or 6 to 8 seeds per container
• When pre-growing indoors in a pot, plant several seeds closely in a pot; do not move outdoors before mid-May
• Provide a climbing aid for young plants
• Remove wilted plant parts and deadhead regularly
