The “Janus” Bed Compost Bin is an easy way to make compost directly where it is needed most. Valuable nutrients from organic waste are channelled directly into the soil, where they nourish plants and result in healthy growth and an abundant harvest. Tips and information: Bury the bed compost bin in the centre of the bed approx. 40 cm deep. Two composters are recommended for large raised beds. Green garden clippings and other plant matter can now be deposited in here. A regular watering schedule will ensure that important nutrients for plants are transported directly into the soil. Additional fertiliser can thus be reduced or eliminated entirely.
