Description

Ribwort plantain is inconspicuous in appearance, but is a valuable medicinal plant. The leaves can be dried and made into tea. The plant hibernates underground and sprouts again the following year.

Growing tips:

Plant outdoors from the end of March to mid-April
Grow any time indoors
Sprinkle the seeds on the moist soil and only cover them a little or not at all
Cover with cling film and punch holes in it
Remove the foil for 2 hours every two to three days
Keep substrate moist but not wet
