Samen Maier Organic Bak Choi

This Pak Choi delights with its slightly bitter taste. It can be prepared similarly to fresh spinach and chard. It is suitable for salads, for steaming in a wok and also for roasting. Both the leaves and the stems can be used when cooking.

Bak Choi is straightforward to grow. Make sure to turn the soil in your bed over regular and to fertilise the soil and water it regularly. On dry days, you should sprinkle water on top of the cabbages and keep them moist. If you cut off the leaves above the vegetation point, multiple harvests are possible.
