Lemon balm tastes best freshly harvested and is ideal for making herbal butter, salads, raw food, game and poultry dishes and as a tea. It is very robust and easy to care for.
Our tips:
- Since lemon balm is a light germinator, you should not cover the seeds with soil, but only press them lightly into the soil. Cut young shoots two to three times a year.
