These radish sprouts taste particularly nice sprinkled raw on bread and butter or added to salads. You can enjoy them in sauces or soups - they look good and taste wonderful.

Sprouts:

• Rinse the seeds in a sieve under running water and distribute them in a shallow bowl. Rinse the seeds twice a day with fresh, not too cold tap water. Place the bowl in a light - but not sunny - place and let the seeds germinate.

Microgreens:

• Sow the seeds as evenly as possible in a planter with soil and keep them moist. Water them at least once a day (especially for the first few days). Only harvest the leaves or stems. Do not eat the roots.
