Sonnenerde Organic Hemp Soil, 20 l

Sonnenerde Organic Hemp Soil is made from regional raw materials including compostable vegetable matter, organic biochar, wood fibre, expanded clay granulate and horn shavings. It does not contain peat, perlite or coconut fibre.

It is based on Terra Preta and is particularly suitable for urban gardening and growing medicinal plants. It can be used in pots, planters, smart pots and greenhouses and offers many advantages:

• Reduced water consumption with optimal plant care
• No fertilisation is necessary and there is no risk of over- or under-fertilisation
• Sustainable "ready to grow" system - plants are supplied with all important nutrients and trace elements throughout the vegetation, flowering and fruiting phase
• Rich soil life in the form of microorganisms, fungi and microorganisms supports healthy and vigorous plant growth and makes them naturally more resistant to diseases and pests
• The buffer effect of the soil compensates for fluctuations and cultivation errors
• The horn shavings serve as a slow-release nitrogen fertiliser - the shavings get slowly decomposed by fungi and a visible white fungal network is therefore normal.
