Windhager Growbox Starterset

This unique indoor greenhouse gives your plants the optimal growth environment in which temperature, light, humidity and air are perfectly matched to each other and to the needs of your plants. In this microclimate, your plants grow healthily and vigorously.

The Growbox
With its relatively compact dimensions of 80 x 80 x 160cm and a cultivation area of 0.64m² , the grow box has space for numerous plants and yet does not take up too much space. It offers your plants optimal growing conditions all year round. The grow box includes lighting for optimal light and the right warmth as well as an aeration system. You can use both the complete set and the tent on its own.

The material
The innovative Oxford 600D fabric is particularly hard-wearing and, together with the high-quality metal frame (19mm tube thickness), ensures high dimensional stability. It is also impermeable to light and UV, so that the sensitive microclimate inside the growbox is not disturbed. A waterproof, dirt-repellent and abrasion-resistant coating makes the growbox durable and easy to care for. Thanks to the removable, waterproof inner tub, the base is protected from dirt and moisture. The door of the growbox can be conveniently opened thanks to the two-way zip and, if necessary, also fixed with a Velcro fastener. The inside of the growbox is 98 percent coated with reflective Mylar fabric.

The light
The combination of reflective Mylar coating, a continuously height-adjustable metal halogen lamp and stucco reflector ensures optimal lighting and warmth in the growbox.

• Thanks to its hammered surface, the stucco reflector distributes light and heat particularly evenly, so that the entire growbox is optimally illuminated and heated.
• With 250W, the metal halogen lamp is ideal for efficient illumination of the growbox. The high blue content of the light also provides ideal support for your plants in the growth phase and stimulates side shoots. A 250W ballast ensures that the lamp starts gently.
• Heavy-duty hangers enable the lighting system to be attached at exactly the right height and be continuously adjusted. Their maximum load capacity is 68kg and their maximum length is 110cm.

The air
The aeration system integrated in the growbox, consisting of an activated carbon filter, pipe fan and exhaust air hose. It inhibits unpleasant odours by binding particles.
The activated charcoal filter is fixed inside the growbox by means of adjustable straps. It is connected to the 5m long exhaust hose and a pipe fan with an air throughput of 170m³ per hour is connected outside the growbox.
