Windhager Insect Hotel Trigon

This insect hotel is not only a pretty decoration in your garden it also provides a valuable nesting site and winter home for many useful insects such as ladybugs, lacewings, parasitic wasps, earwigs and wild bees. Reed rings facilitate insect access to the individual rooms but still prevent birds from eating the insects.

Tip: Roses, Buddelya and clover and lily plants are the ideal forage plants to plant in the area.

Note: Remove the front plate and fill the box with wheat straw or similar material. Use gloves to avoid leaving behind human odours. Lacewings are attracted by the red colour.
