Manufacturing:

• These wonderful watering cans are made to last because they are made of thicker iron plates than traditional watering cans and have stronger welds and a rough finish. They are immersed in zinc alloy at 460 degrees Celsius and then are hung up for twenty minutes. This is the best way to prevent rusting. After this process, the watering cans are run through a powder coating tunnel, where the paint sticks to the hot-dip galvanised zinc layer. This is how Plint makes their unique watering cans!
