Naturkraftwerk Coffee Bush Growing Set

This cube makes a great gift for coffee lovers! The coffee bush enjoys warm places and partial shade. It can grow up to 1.5 metres high and after about three years, it develops red coffee cherries.

Contents:

• 3 plant seeds of dwarf coffee bush Arabica (lat. Coffea arabica nana)
• 1 compostable coconut pot
• 1 coconut fibre starting pellet
• 1 planting instructions

Cultivation:

• Let the seeds soak in warm water for about 24-48 hours
• Soak the coconut pellet in the coconut pot with lukewarm water
• Press the seeds about 1 cm with the flat side down into the substrate
• Cover the pot with transparent foil.
• Ventilate every 3 days to avoid mould
• Keep moist (not wet) regularly until germination
• Add natural fertiliser immediately after germination
• When the plant is approx. 10 cm tall, plant the coconut pot in a larger container

Location:
Light and warm. In summer it can also be placed outdoors.

Maintenance:
The coffee bush prefers garden soil mixed with a little sand. Water regularly, avoid waterlogging. Fertilise from April to September.

Wintering:
Water sparingly. Not below 15˚C.
